Our story

We are true chess enthusiasts. We love the game and we also want our children to learn and get better at it. However, we have noticed that despite lots of chess activities, navigating through all the information out there is actually quite challenging. Many valuable tips are passed directly between parents or shared in private online groups.

We long wished to have one place where all available resources were arranged in a simple way, ideally with reviews and recommendations, as well as an opportunity to share tips and best practices.

Chess.com vs Lichess, online lessons vs over the board, group or individual? What books do you start with? How do you motivate your child to keep playing? What tournament is best for young players?

These are some of the questions that we had on our minds.
